I've sent my email and I just got my Carbon Copy back.

I've uploaded my entry here http://users.bigpond.com/jlferry/vis_reindeers_flight_readme.zip.
There is no source included at the moment, I will upload a newer package later on. Probably after I get some sleep, and clean up the code.

I hope you like it, good luck everyone!

I assume the reindeer is supposed to look like it's made out of wood? :P

Hehe, pretty cool if so. :)
yep, hence the wooden textures :)

The little tounge hanging out the front was my sisters idea. Same as alot of its styling.

Originally I was thinking about having all 9 deer up and then a toy sleigh at the back, but it was pointed out that if I did that, the visualisation would become too cluttered, so one little toy reindeer remained :).

Dredge-Master, you got my vote! What a genius reindeer is that!!

Hi!

Updated my entry, now there is only one plugin which contains three
different detail-modes. You can switch between the modes while the
viz is running by pressing 'd'.

It is strange that it is running soooo slow, because I only posses a
Radeon 9600XT, which should be slower than a FX5900.
None the less I found a severe performance hit, because I forced a 32bit
depthmap on every card ... so the decision is now left to the driver.

Don't forget to play with the window size while it is running when
everything is black or partially black, that should resolve this issue.
You can still find it at
(don't know how to add links ...)

Great entries btw., love Dredge-Master's ;) (especially the particles!) !

Nice work, it runs faster for me in intermediate. In higher quality, it is damn slow even with my new card (6600GT AGP [inlove], now i can play whith GLSL). maybe a nvidia issue ?

I love these new funny/funky/cartoony(:D) entries.
@vanbirk
Nice change to the plugin. The "low" detail version is the same speed but I get dancing now (wasn't working before), The "lowest" detail is nice and fast but the highest one still runs at about half a frame per second. Probably is a nvidia thing [depressed]

@All
As for my entry, you'll have to wait and see when llvllatrix puts the final page up. I don't have access to any web space right now, and besides I'd like to keep it a surprise. [smile] I'll just say that those that like "funny/funky/cartoony" plugins should like mine too. Let the suspense build... [wink]
