Hey, I was interested if anyone knows about a software/ or a way to create or edit a voice to sound like coming from a radio like for exmaple two pilots talking. Any Ideas? Thanks.

EQ it with a hard high-pass filter. Crank-up the volume until the wave clips very badly so that it blairs like a radio(or if your sound program has any kind of amp style "overdrive," that will work as well). Then adjust the volume back down to what ever you want.

You can do this by:
1) Band EQ around 1kHz 2.5kHz
2) Amplifier distortion (something like a guitar amp or virtual amp (ie like a POD or Amplitube .. etc).
