Well, tha SBA is not a loan agency...they simply guarantee loans made by financial institutions. So, in theory, they could loan your company the money, which could then be used for outsourcing.

However, this begs the bigger question, which is what bank would be stupid enough to lend you $200,000, even if you are saving $14,800,000 by outsourcing development? Banks like to see business plans, a proven track record, a solid management team, and a good chance that they'll get their money back.

How do I obtain full copyright for artistic works within the game developed by my company if the artist already owns copyright? In other words, how it copyright transferred to the company?

How much work/money does it take to get a business to exist so you can trade under that name?
Is it legal to trade under your own name as the name of your business while having no business?
Is it legal for John Smith to trade under 'John Smith Game Development' with no registered company? What about 'Super-dooper game company'?
