Yeah, it works now. About 150-200 fps. Lightmaps+dot3 looks way to dark. You should add some ambinet lighting.

i was getting around 200fps with everything on. i did find some odd issues. the first few times i ran the program sarge didnt show up. after about 3 times he showed up. another issue i saw was occasionally i could run through walls for a second and fell off of the bridge. otherwise it looks good.
