Anybody know where I can get some free models and animation files for those models? I''m making a fantasy game, so I''m interested in models of people, as well as weird creatures, and animals. Things like spiders and such would be great. I''m not really interested in models without animations...

You need for some model more that 10 animation.. And you need the program for this animation (usually 3dstudio).

Better you made the animation.

1 simple walking animation would probably be good enough. This game isn''t going to be anything remarkable. I have access to 3dstudio... All I want is a model, and it''s walking animation.

I''ve actually been to 3d Cafe. Very good site. Lots of great models that I can use... it''s just I don''t think they have any animation files. (correct me if I''m wrong)

A model translation and rotation around the screen is better than nothing, but it would be MUCH better to have a spider crawl around, than to have it glide around like it was on ice.

I guess I could try an animation package, but you know me... alwasy looking for the easy way out...

(also, seeing that I''m a computer programmer and not an animation artist)
