Go to www.microsoft.com and download the DirectX SDK. Yes, it is DirectX 7 but DirectX is compatible all the way back so just don''t call for the newer version and DirectX 3 will run fine.

I want to make games that runs under NT4. And as far i know Using DirectDraw from DirectX3 is an easyway (if there is something called easy in gamedevelopment)

"the latest service pack 6.0a for NT 4.0 supports DX7.0"
So says the NT server admin from work...

Check it out.. he could be wrong but I''m sure it''s at least DX6 on NT by now... but I think 7 is there...
