Hi, What 3D Modellers are you using? What is a good 3D Modeller that is cheap? (And can it save in 3DS format?)

I''m not sure, but Truespace *MIGHT* (It CAN save and load in .MAX, and it''s very cheap for v3.0, $99 I think)

I got my copy of truespace2 free in a magazine. Or you could be a bad person like a kid i know that has my same first name and download truespace4 off the web for free.

Oh duh, there''s MAX of course You can''t go wrong with MAX, though it''s a bit pricey.

There''s Truespace 1. You can get it for free (and legally). Go look for it in the LINKS section.

i''m using max. you can get it for academic price @ 1000 bucks if you''re a student/faculty, of course.

There is a modeller called Blender.
I have never used it but its free.

Blender don''t work in my system (Ati-rage pro may be the problem??).

I see (in some page) truespace 2 is for free now.

I manage truespace 4, because it is very friendly with directx, and it is very easy to use. But there are bad use of textures. And truespace have some special function :triangulate, LOD, reduce polygon, and more), special for game modeller.
