Ok i am using 3d game studio and i am in the process of making a shooter game. But in order to make the game i would have to have weapons i have drwan ideas of the weapons i want to import into the game. But i have no idea on how to make the drawn weapons into the 3d game. If any one will give me like a little walkthru on how to make a pistol or something i would truly apriciate it. thx in advance ~P_I_T~
Wow, that's a big favor you're asking.

(1) First of all. Scan your drawing to get it digital.

(2) Then, grab a suitable 3D modeling package from this list.

(3) Afterwards, import your digital drawing into the background view of your 3D program, and...

(4)...MODEL IT.

You'll have to learn how to do that last part. I'm sure there's a number of tutorials out there for whichever 3D program you choose. No one said it would be easy though. Best of luck.

That's an incredible list, man. Very helpful resource for everyone, thanks!

Yah, it's easy in any program.

In Blender you can load an image, and even adjust the transparency.

You can choose which view to load it too, so if it seems to disappear when you switch views, just switch back.

Plus, modelling a simple pistol isn't that challenging, cylinder, cube, rotate cylinder, place it, bevel cube, extrude bottum, create a trigger (harder part) by extrude/rotating a sized down cube. Place it when done.

Very simple model, but easy enough to get you started. I suggest, if you're going to use Blender, read some of the tutorials first.

And, if your program doesn't support .blend files, there's pleanty of exporters out there to suit your needs.
