Couple things...
First a mixing issue...your higher drum (think it''s a snare) is too bright when mixed on top of everything else. However, the issue is probably more that everything else is way too muddy, I''d see if I could bring the tymponi and flute out more strongly, maybe reduce some of the echo...compression?
Now a comp issue...this piece DESPERATELY needs some variety. What you have is very good, it''s simple and pretty, and give some strong feeling, however it''s only like 16 measures of music looped over and over and over and over and over and over, this does not bode well for people who are going to have to be listening to it a lot.
Try for at least a binary form, and instead of returning to A, maybe an A'' or something. Even better would often be AB with a bridge. If your music changes and get saway from where you began, then eventually comes back to where you started people will not be quite so likely to ignore it, or get irritated by it after hearing it for 3+ hours.

I quite like it, seems to be fairly well done. Depending on the feel of the RPG this is intended for however, a snare-drum may not be appropriate (but then again it may be). Just something to consider.
Also, I agree with the AP about the repetition of the piece, some variation would be very helpful. I''d suggest perhaps a bridge section without the timpani, or perhaps with a very different rhythm for the timpani, as even if the remaining sections remianed the same, changing the timpani would give the song a different feel for that section.

I''m no expert at music, but I can tell my "normal-people" opinion, which is: I like it very much, it feels very RPG-esque... And it gives a mood similar to Chrono Cross and alike...
I don''t know about the repetition, but I didn''t really catch this, as it is part of most RPGs anyway, I must be used to this...
Good work, I''d use this music in a game anytime.
