Hi there, Is anyone aware of any good C/C++ forums on the net ? Good = free, strictly on subject and with high attendance. Thanks in advance
If you want newsgroups with "Ontopic, free, and LARGE attendance" then go to comp.lang.c and/or comp.lang.c++... But I ended up unsubscribing because there was too many messages that I just had to end up ignoring

Yep, and this is why I''m looking for a forum. comp.lang.c/cpp are just too damn big (and some people there are rather pissed)
They only get narky if you post OT. They are very good at answering your questions. Just remember, don''t mention anything that lies outside of ISO C/C++ (or anything totally C in the C++ or vise versa) because it is not what they are there to deal with. If you want to know about graphics then go to programming.graphics.algorithms and I am sure there are other specific groups around. As for C/C++ forums on the net.. I doubt that you will find any better than the NG.

Just my $(2*rant/100)

Is there any way to access the newsgroups via the Web except Deja ?
