I was looking at some developer desktops just now and I saw that most of them changed the color of their compilers background and the text color. This is probably a dumb question, but how do I change the color of my background and text. I''m using MSVC++ 6.
This might be a dumb answer (hehe), but I think just changing your desktop scheme colors will do that. (You know, when you right click on your desktop->Properties->Appearance)

Yes, you use ''appearance'' in display properties...but I should just point out that you aren''t changing the color of the compiler, just the IDE

Thanks for the dumb answer cause it worked.
A little bit less dumb answer:

In MSVC++6, go to Tools, Options, Format. You can change the colors and fonts of every window of vc++.
