Development teams
I am writing a mock games proposal document for a uni assigment, could any one suggest the typcial numbers on the development team for a full price release game ?
There is no typical number. It depends on the type of project and also on the time/finances. It could be anywhere from 25 staff for a three formats release (Secret Weapons over Normandy) up to 70 for a single format (MOH: Rising Sun). Although those 70 weren't full time and some of that code was or will be used on other EA titles. I think Prince of Persia was areound 60 people as well.

Final Fantasy 7 had over 100 people on the team. There is no "set team" for games. If you have the Game Developer Mag around, you ccould look in it for team size, cost, ect.
