Synchronizing all clients?

Hello, Any ideas on how to synchronize all clients? Like in an FPS game, I have 10 players on LAN, how do i tell everyone the position of everyone efficiently? Also, is there a tutorial on this on the ''net? Thanks.
I read that UCP is faster than TCP/IP and are popular among game developers.
