Whenever I attempt to use inline assembly with VC++ 6 it causes VC++ 6 to randomly freeze up. I cannot figure out why. Does anyone else have this problem? I''ll just be sitting there typing in some assembly and all of a sudden VC++ stops working. Sometimes it even crashed the computer. This problem never occures unless I am using inline assembly. Any ideas as to why?
I have VC++ 6, and I don''t have any problems with it. Does it ever unfreeze? Did you look for patches?
For a good time hit Alt-F4! Go ahead try it, all the cool people are doing it.

I''ve had that same problem. Somtimes it happens and somtimes it doe''nt even after I''ve done some ASM then goto a different project it will sometimes freeze up as well. It seem really strange and I ve never worked out why it happens.
