Unfortunatly before I even read the remarks, my mind said "Damn this is GTA..."

You need to get as far away from that as possible, although the style that inspired you is cool.

Using hard red, a lot of solid blacks and the font makes the connection so obvious. Not to mention the angle.

What you may want to do is go for more line work, and add some type of shading, and change the font and angle dramaticly.

The rest of you need to pipe the hell down. Even if he is 10, you all were 10 once, you drew Ninja Turtles all over your Trapper Keeper... had you had online access, you''d be posting it...

Posting it, fine. Trying to pass it off as original work, not fine.

Also, if you are inspired by certain things, give the people credit.

His website is awful.

The half-nude pics on his site worry me, as well.

Actualy, that picture is from the cover of True Crime: Streets of L. A., the font type is from GTA 3.

I recommend making something original until you can make something original and great. Or you can start practicing by making portraits of famous people like I did.

Now I shall systematicly disimboule you with a .... Click here for Project Anime
Copying/reproducing other people''s work is a great way to learn and get some practice...but claiming it as your own is not cool.
Keep trying and you''ll get good at making your own stuff down the road.
