gee guys, chill out a bit, will you ? AFAIK using the same font as someone else is not a theft/copyright infringment issue (except if the font itself has a copyright and is being used fraudulently).
OK maybe the drawing is inspired by MAx Payne, but I am pretty sure it's not ripped (AFAIK).

Anyway, a bit too much flaming here...
