I need some advice.
I know this post has nothing to do with OpenGL but I need some common PC advice. I have an old model PC that had to have its hard drive formatted. My problem is that after I finished loading the OS I have no idea what kind of internal hardware this machine has. Is there a website or downloadable software application that you can run to determine what i.e. type of sound card you have or what driver you need for the graphics adapter. I think the most important is determining what type of modem is in it, so I can find/download the correct driver. Remember this is slightly older technology. (Pentium Series) If someone can help I will appreciate it greatly.

take off the side of t he case... and look at it all. Normally one can find text on the boards and through the use of google (www.google.com), you can figure out everything...
