You are totaly wrong Nazrix. I will explain the entire process, not just 1%....First get a million dollars. Find a nice bit of office space. Hire 4-8 graphics artists, 3-6 sound people, 4-6 programmers and one guy with alot of design/team leader abilities. Wait about a year and voila! insta-game.*
