Each of the things you mention deals with chronological relativity of objects or entities or events, but as far as environment is fundamentally concerned, it can only be placed in the past, the present or the future. Anachronism, for example, infers that an object is chronologically out of place relative to its environment, such as characters referring to inventions that don''t yet exist (usually for comedic purposes: a 16^th century knight remarking to his squire, "Shut up or you''ll be straightjacketed!" given that straightjackets did not exist at that point in time). The movie Memento was presented in reverse chronology, but each temporal segment still fell within the three fundamental classifications.

were talking about setting, tie flow could affect setting efficiently by changing the basic problematic of a world, i mention past/present/future AS setting then even if they are also the basic of a setting, i would add fantasy as a basic, now when combine basic we obtain NEW setting, putting orc in a realistic present could change a lot of things and will send a new insight on them, here the setting was built with the basic present/real+past/fantasy
then as basic we have {past;present;future}{fantasy;reality}{the logic use (rationnal, storytelling, exotic, etc...}

SomeTIMEs I try imagining time as a 2D or 3D Cartesian system, rather than linear. How about "around time" (aka "Besier time") or (ack) vector time?

SomeTIMEs, I wake in a cold sweat thinking of the almighty Frustrum Time, which compresses a bunch of 3D Cartesian timespaces along a 2D plane that changes as the "frustrum" changes orientation in the Cartesian timespace...
