I interesting about game programming .... My idea is create graphics similar model or charater of game "The Sim" ... But I dont know about it yet... and this game used 2d graphics ? Anyone to help me please ... Thx very much

I beleive that "The Sims" uses 3D models, you can actually download new characters or items from the net that other people have made so I''d suggest finding some of them on the net and seeing what you find there.. and I''m not sure but I think there are also small programs that you can download to create the new characters so if you can find one of those you should be all set.

You can download a lot of them, from the site "The Sim Resources" , most of them are high quality models.

May I use the these 3d characters in a shareware \ commercial game ?

does a file converter exist for the Housing - furniture etc Sims models?
It is a .tif format, if I am not wrong, same name as the old Amiga format, but nothing to do with it

its either zmodeler or milkshape 3d that you can import the models into, but if you want to use them you have to ask the author if your gona distribute
