I''m looking for a program that can make 3d models into low res 2d images which look pixelated. I know there''s methods of doing this, maybe someone heard of one? Thanks.
Lol, just render them at low resolutions? Depending on the size you need them(Though I really dont see why you want pixelated models)

You can also turn off antialiasing while rendering, that should help.

Using Pixelated textures will probably help as well.

Rendering the models at low resolutions like Siaon said might be your best bet. In some modelers such as Light Wave, there is a rendering window that lets you scale the rendered images to what size you need as well as saving these images to many different formats. I''m unsure if 3D Studio Max supports this type of functionality, but it is wroth the effort to look for. You could also render you 3D models as you would normally, and then apply the mosaic filter include with Photoshop. This filter will take any clean image you have and pixelate it to the size of pixels you need: 12, 16, 32, 64 are most common for what you would like to do. I hope this helps.
Take back the internet with the most awsome browser around, FireFox
To make them look more pixelated, render them pretty large, then scale them in a paint program.

First make it work,
then make it fast.

You can easily render to a surface(texture) anything you render in 3D to a screen. If this is what you mean Post again saying so and I will explain.
