Anything that gets people using Linux is good I guess. Durning all the looking around I found out that UnrealT2003 ships with the Linux version in the retail box. I had no Idea or I would have bought it by now. It just droped to 30$ so I picked it up today. I have had Unreal 2(a mistake) and am still amazed at how great the game looks. Blows the Xbox away. Way to go Epic. With it Quake3 RTCW and the 3 or 4 games that winex actualy runs I have alot more I can do under linux now. Hopefuly We will See ID bring us Doom3 to add to their lineup.

AFAIK and IIRC (), ID has confirmed that Doom III will have linux support out of the box. Not sure where I read that though.

btw, UT2k3 was a bit of a stealth release. The official line is that it was added too late to be on the box/in the manual.
