green guy must die
finally gotten round to killing off the green guy from about a week ago...
this was the original animation:
and this is what happens when you shoot him in the face (still needs some tweaking but I guess it´s more or less done):
both resized to twice the original size. If you notice anything out of place I´d love to hear it.

Only thing I can critique is that at the end of the animation, there is no blood on his face. Surely it should stay around at the end? Just a small drip from the original location to the pool on the floor. Everything else looks GREAT .
Try to make it in 3d as a bumpmapped Doom III model.. That''ll look so nice!

When he dies, his one hand falls on the ground, and the other one kinda lands/sits/lies on his face. It looks kind of odd. Maybe you want that arm to fall back as well?
Also, when hes squirming on the ground, it looks kinda like hes running while hes lying down. Maybe you want to make the arm movements a little more irratic or something.
