Hey, I''m tryign to learn photoshop 7, but I''m not getting very far. Can anyone recomend a good book to learn it. If there are any other good resources, I''d like to know. Thanks

only way u get better is by spending coutless hours creating ur own shit... make a website or what ever, play around with the layout.. 2-3 years from now u might get as good as me

LameDuck, as with the other 100% of software, you learn a program by using it... I had an intensive session of Photoshop during all january, doing adventure game scenes, and I learned how to use effectively the keyboard shortcuts (the best of Photoshop, I think)...

As mentalstatement said, do your own stuff, and you will see that it will come alone

Mac for productivity
Linux for development
Palm for mobility
Windows... for the Solitaire

As with other software, you learn it by searching for tutorials on the net.

There are stacks of devoted sites out there, for every program, some better than others, but the majority are FREE to sign up with.

I don''t have any links to PS7 tutorials myself, but do a search for "photoshop 7 tutorials" or something. THAT, along with experimenting, is the best way to learn a software package.
