what do you guys think about the word "concept" in terms of multimedia??
???

You mean like in "concept album"?
You are not the one beautiful and unique snowflake who, unlike the rest of us, doesn't have to go through the tedious and difficult process of science in order to establish the truth. You're as foolable as anyone else. And since you have taken no precautions to avoid fooling yourself, the self-evident fact that countless millions of humans before you have also fooled themselves leads me to the parsimonious belief that you have too.--Daniel Rutter

a prototype maybe??? a way to test something out before spending time and $$$ in on it... if u talkin about concept art, thats a way to get some attention to ur product..
Maaaaaaaahahaha. Who''s da king baby?
As far as cars a concept car is made to introduce new styling or engineering feats to create a new genre.
the term ''concept...whatever...'', to me, means that there is a working MODEL of something, that someone is using to see if their idea (concept) is what they want it to be, and what it needs to be/should be. If it''s good...on to implementation of whatever it was trying to illustrate. If it''s not satisfactory, modification/reworking/rebuilding is in store.
Pretty much what AP said. Calling something "concept" means it''s not a finished product, just something to showcase an idea. Kind of like a tech demo for an FPS game engine - the level design will pretty much suck because it''s designed to show off all the tricks the engine can pull off, not to be fun to play.
