The previous team I worked for disbanded, so I am looking to put together a new team. We currently have 3 graphic artists and a project manager. So we are short 2 - 3 programmers and 1 - 2 audio people. We are look at building a company from scratch; most pay will come from the sale of products, while some may come from side jobs.
