What you do at Game Design School

For all you up and coming game designers who are thinking about going to one of the Game Schools out there, here is an example of our team’s second semester project: The Dream of Erasmus The goal was to create a video game concept to be pitched to a publisher and out sell the other teams in the class. We then had to present the whole thing in front of Administration, peers, and staff for Questions and Criticism. IT was a BLAST! Takes practice though to speak in front of large groups of people, make sure you know your material. We are now in our third semester and are actually making the game using the Unreal 2003 engine in conjunction with the Game Artist and Programmers from the other programs. Kool.
