Does anyone know where i can find a free sound engine for DirectSound in a 2d enviroment, that loads mp3''s. Please help.

FMOD or BASS or both great,.... but i''m not sure BASS uses DirectSound,....

there is RTAudio as Soundengine, and there are also free MP3 Libs available, such as Lame or MP3Lib...
