Units design (tanks, soldiers, airplains)
Have anyone some tutorial on how to desitn units for games to have a realistic war?
I need to know what a tank need to be a realistic one and how units interact each other in fighting

If you want to base your units on real life military forces, then you'll just have to research them and figure out the abilities and stats that make sense within your game rules.
If you want to know how to design units in such a way as to get interesting interactions, then there is no single 'right' way. Rock/Paper/Scissors zero sum balancing is one popular method, but rather simplistic in my view. this article by Tom Cadwell (Zileas) is an interesting read on the subject of game balancing.
[EDIT] Also, here is one of my old threads on the subject of unit design.

Remeber it''s a game you usually don''t want it to be to realistic (read boring).
Dont get me wrong> I''m not searching for an implementation of real units, just something realistic. I need stuffs like this: A tank should be equiped with: .....
And eventualy a discution on how to set values for items in order to create fine units. All I need is some articles at theory level not necesarly implementations

...a big gun and some armour. Seriously though, just use your imagination - thats the fun part of being a game designer.

The article I linked earlier should be a good starting point for this stuff.
