Rendering sheets of 2D sprites
I''m intending to use 3DS MAX for my artwork... my problem stems from using sheets of images for multiple frames of bitmaps (like the different angles of a ship, the different stages of an explosion, etc.)
My question is: how do I make 3DS MAX render them directly into the format (multiple images per bitmap) I want them in? Or do I have to do it manually?
have you tried rendering a range of frames as bitmaps? i know when you save a animation in truespace as a file format that didnt support animation it would save a list of images.
