They come in *.sit format, and after StuffIt extracts the compressed file, I am left with a file named "icon". MacOS says it is a StuffIt document, but i cannot do anything with the file. Can someone help? How do I get the MacOS classic tutorials from this?

what version of StuffIt are you using to extract the files?; and which tutorials are causing the problems?
