well, i agree exactly with fuzztrek here. darken up the plants some. theyre just too bright relative to the other foilage.

and i also think anon is right. i would put some distant mountains in the background - ie, a canyon in the middle with a stream. make it look far away, gray it out some and blend it well with the blue.

otherwise, i love it.

say - how do you re-name a thread? (ie, *UPDATED*)

thanks for the great suggestions once again. The big blue empty space is where the game play will actually happen, so I will probably use a faded out silhouette like you guys are suggesting rather than a busy pic that distracts the player.

redeyegames, you can change the title of a thread that you started when you edit it. Just type in a new title in the thread subject field.

It looks beautiful to me. Maybe you could try to blur the things that are closer to the camera to make them look "out of focus".
