Its runs at 30 fps just sitting still and if I move the mouse ( look around ) my fps drop to about 1-5

Running a 1.2 ghz Tbird, 384 DDR, GF3 Ti 200 64 Mb

Im running 1.6ghz pentium 4, g-force 4 64mb, and have 512mb ram and am getting 4-10 fps after turning evrything extra off. with every option on, it goes 1-6 fps

i think you should remove the following part!!

Something is horribly, horribly wrong with your camera code.

Shadows didn''t affect performance much, niether did collision, but anything which moved the camera caused massive slowdown.
