But this model does not suitable for me.

I need a dolphin model which include the swimming actions, eg: the moving up & down of the tail fluke. Also, I want a dolphin model which contains eyes, since I have found another file, but it doesn't contain the eyes too.

This tutorial was from 3Dcafe not this geocities site, they just posted the model. If that does not work, I suggest googling around for it, I got that from my second google link.

The DirectX SDK contains a dolphin and several morph targets in .X format.

Yes, I like DirectX SDK .x format dolphin very much, however, I don''t know how to convert it into md2 or 3ds format...

Do you know any program can convert .x format?
