Ok, so here''s what I''ve been working on in my spare time (what?! Spare time!! )
I''ve got a ways to go still. I want to add more contrast and play with the lighting render a bit, maybe even texture and displacement mapping.
The drawings not that great, I was focusing on the CGing. Any suggestions for me thus far?
thanx!

Spectacular I wish I could do that (3d person myself)
Only suggestion would be an improvement on the Tattoo... it seems to kind of just float on him rather than conform to the body... This is hard to fix with all the muscle... but I''d think darkening the areas closer to the viewer and lighting the areas further away (gradiating the two) will help give it a 3d look...
I dunno, I''m not great with 2d. Anyone have any suggestions to improve the realism of the tat?

It looks really good, but like Kandolo said the tattoo is the only thing that needs work. It needs more substance, or something to make it stand out more. For one it''s appearance doesn''t seem to be affected by shadows that affect the body. Or perhaps you could put more detail into the dragon or thicken the lines. Just some random thoughts.
