where do i start with ai for a basic pong game. shuv-it

I think a good idea would be to think about the goals of the computer player.

It''s main goal is to stop the ball going past its bat. It has to do this by calculating where the ball is going to be, then moving itself to that position.

Depending on your pong game''s complexity, it might also want to hit the ball to awkward places for you to be, by moving its bat when it hits the ball.
