These are a couple of characters in my rpg. The heads portraits will actually act as buttons allowing you to select that character. If anyone has some advice on how to improve them, let it flow baby, let it flow.

use photoshop

or make the faces 3d, but that''s a bit hard...to me atleast..your current faces look a bit pixel-ly..but all up to u...

how bout this..something i simply wiped up(since i've nothing to do...)

i can be improved, but he's something..yours is nice, but i can be better IMO
