Voxel to polygons
I spent a very large amount of time trying to find how ot change a huge 3d array of BOOL''s into a viewable model and I got no where, after making it display as a ton of cubes to visualize the object, I couldn''t get any further, Just Wondering But What Is a good way to start beging the transformation? I don''t Want to use the Marching cube meathod if that would be answer, I just need a good place to start like how to start the process and Perhapes I can pick up from there.
Just A few Requirements of my own.
Smooth and rounded.
LOD-Perferable
must represent the volume to a relitively high degree.
Im not asking for a finished product nor am I wanting any one to give me something to use I just need a place to start on my road to the finished Project. Thanks.
