@Mathias Hellhoff, It not a 3d game. its a 2d isometric game a''la fallout.

But on a side note you''re way behind the times if you think that most 3d engines these days can only handle 1000 polys.

You don''t have to worry about poly counts when creating sprites as they are pre-rendered. Color depth yes poly counts no.

Cheers.

Nick.
You have outdone yourself! Great work! Nice to see somebody making models that good. It''s the Shreck and Final Fantasy level... really beautifull!

Indeed, it looks very good, nice work Retro. Only prob I have that hasn''t already been mentioned is that I think the angle of her lower jaw is to pronounced, which give here a more male look. This is just something I think tho, but a less sharp angle to the jaw gives the character a feminine look.

Keep up the good work.

She''s a badass chick... Most chicks that are sports oriented, have more testocerone in their bodies growing up then the more dainty ''femenine'' types.. which would cause an increase in male-like features like a pronounced lower jaw.

It sounds perfectly logical to me.
Not with the boobs
Excellent work though.
Dammit, I''m really jealous. I also model in MAX, but this detail kicks ass!
RESPECT!!!
(When will the game be finished? / Show some sprites like they will be in the final game!!! / How will you manage the different sprites? --> BONES??? If yes PLEASE tell me how to do! My models always look like s**t when I attach bones.)

You''re the master!

Retro72,

What are the specs on your computer?

I don''t see why not.

I hear the meshtools script works in Gmax. I''ve added some radiosity using final render I''m not sure if that works in Gmax tho.
gMax doesn''t even render...
