Heres an update.

We liked her so much that we''ve decided to make her a main character, so shes getting all militant on us. Boots, webbing, hair and a BFG to come.

Feedback welcome.
ASck! Her feet have been amputated, and so have her eyes! Otherwise, very nice. The best I could ever do in something like that is a cylinder with a block sticking out of it... its supposed to be a gun. And my human models are DEFINITELY not ready for boning.

Don''t throw off Poser so quickly. I use poser to get the scale and proportions of humans and animals. I then import the model into 3DS-MAX and wa-lah! I have a perfect template from all angles to start building my model. It saves me about three weeks of modeling. Poser is also great for making animated sprites.

Your model looks really good, but it looks like it has way too many polygons for a game. I see this as a FPS nightmare. Let''s see her as a low-poly female.

BTW, this brings up a good question. What is an acceptable poly count for humans and animals? I seem to never be able to get under 400 polygons without it looking like a Lego-man. I''ve often wondered if I''m aiming too low.

Hey Sculder give me youre-mil and you''ll recieve a very good 400-poly model! And you''re no aiming too high "low" cuz low-poly is the prefered type models! Not every Machine can support High-poly models!
Here''s a little trick I''ve learnd: 1.You make a model Low-poly, but it looks like a box and you this: Give the Model Meshsmooth Modificator with Smoothness 1,0 and Iteretions 0! This will make the model look better and it''ll make the poly''s a smaller count!

Hey,Retro, the model still looks great but what kind of animation are you going to use?: Sceletal, Biped & Phisique, Hierarchy...

Hey TechnoHydra do you know when this line appears! If you do not: The left/right side of the model is a reference and our friend the modeler has not yet Attached the two parts! When he does he''ll have to weld al Pollys so that the line dissappearce!
If you know that why are you trying to make us crazy?

Thx for the heads up Lucifer, hadn''t been thinking about the separation issue. Just sort of figured one side was mirrored over and the seam hadn''t been smoothed yet.
