Developing web sites for NextGen consoles

Anyone got any ideas of where to find information about developing Web sites aimed at Next Generation consoles? Essentially Dreamcast, PlayStation2, Dolphin. (X-Box is easy, MS know how to get their developer act together at least!). Starting to ask questions like ''what version of Java does PS2 use?'', ''does Dreamcast support DirectAnimation?'' and all that kind of stuff? All suggestions welcome. Thanks, Bob Richmond GamesUp (www.gamesup.com) saqqara@csi.com
I''ve never seen websites covering that, at least not very well, and it''s unlikely that you''ll find one. The problem is that most consoles require that you are either licensed to develop for that platform by the manufacturer, that you have a (usually quite expensive) development kit for that platform, or both. Because of those reasons, generaly only professional developers are in a position to publish that kind of information, and since the only people who would benefit from their efforts would be other professionals, there isn''t much incentive to do it.

Since the X-Box uses DirectX and Win2K, it may be the exception, but there is already plentiful information for both here and on other sites.
