I would like to know if I should begin learning c++ or vbc++ to reach the goal of doin something that you could call a game !

I''ve never heard of vbc++ before. Perhaps you mean visual basic?
I would recommend learning C++ for game programming. It''s possible to do game programming in Visual Basic, but for the most part it''s socially unacceptable.
