Does anybody know of a site that outlines methods of recreating simple ball collisions or other things using 2d graphics such as in Visual Basic? Massif - "It means mountain."
Massif,

There''s another recent thread on soccer ball physics, and the replies provide links to other material. There are also plenty of archived threads. Try the search button at the top of the page, or here:

Also, you may want to check out the programming feature articles on www.gamasutra.com. There is a very nice article on advanced pool table physics... I would definitely recommend this article, which is located here:

I took my girlfriend to France about 10 years ago. We happened to have friends in the Massif Central region, somewhere near Le Puy, as I recall, and we stayed on their farm for a week. It was quite a peaceful area.

Why did you pick "Massif" as your forum name?

P.S. The web site URL in your profile (.../~massif) does not work! (I was curious.)

Oh, and the URL doesn''t work because crosswinds deleted all my files.

It didn''t have anything to do with mountains anyway...
