how do u get a screenshot out of a game?

Also, there are times when this doesn't work. It also isn't very intuitive if you want to enable the player to take screenshots.

Ideally, you'll write your own screenshot code. You'll need to dump the framebuffer into a bitmap and save this - look up how to the the former in the documentation for whatever API you are using and look up the latter on Wotsit.org. Of course if you are just taking screenshots so you can show them off then this is a probably a bit OTT.

Yeah.. and also remember to fire up some graphics program(Photoshop, paint, whatever) and paste the pic in there cause just hitting print screen doesn''t just make a screenshot.
You could also find a tutorial on how to do this in your program, but I can''t help you there right now.. teacher''s coming!*run*
