I''m not exactly a beginner... But this seems to be more of a begginer''s question. I''m wondering where some really big, really good general programming sites are. I''m not saying anything whatsoever against GDNet btw. I''m just looking for some sites that focus more on general programming such as MFC, C++, and those sorta things.
You could try www.codeguru.com

For Windows programming, very little surpasses The Code Project. They have working relationships with Microsoft, are independently hosting the WTL documentation effort, and have tons (literally!) of tutorials on Win32, MFC, GDI, GDI+, ATL, COM...

[ GDNet Start Here | GDNet Search Tool | GDNet FAQ | MS RTFM [MSDN] | SGI STL Docs | Google! | Asking Smart Questions ]
Thanks to Kylotan for the idea!
