Declaration of objects...

Sometimes I see objects declared with an underscore as the first char. For example I have seen _DDraw or _GameApp. Is there any special purpose for this. Does this simply distinguish an object from a class? --Chris
No signature files!!! =)
Usually when there are underscores in a identifier it''s there so that it would collide with similar named things in the namespace.
