ive been looking a mappy a lot and see to have it understood (or so i though ) but when i try and run an easy map display it doesnt seem to want to load the map !!! could someoen please just take a quick look at it , i dont think that i have DX setup wrong for it or anything . And all the map tiles etc seem to have been done perfect for the .fmp (mappys map format) . but i keep getting a fail at loading it into memory . the screen res is 640 * 480 and tiles are 32*32 . you can get it at www.redbrick.dcu.ie/~mcbain/project/map.zip and a quick little not on what is needed for MapLoad is at www.redbrick.dcu.ie/~mcbain/project/mappy/ thanking you very much in advance .
