MMORPG in VB 6
Seriously, it is not as much a question as to whether it is possible but more along the lines of what is the better tool?

It''s theoreticly posible in COBOL?! I thought COBOL was only capable of producing reports. (i.e. no input whatsoever) Granted I''m still learning COBOL(ugh) but I didn''t realize you could do anything more than mind nubming report records.
Someone is actually still teaching COBOL? When I was in college (in the late 80''s) we proved a point that in order to write a program that asked for 2 numbers and displayed their sum on the screen, you had to code three printed pages in COBOL. I hated that class!

i''m guessing that you meant me... but anyways i was at work then so i didn''t have the link or the game installed... here it is:
RPG World Online
i haven''t played for several months now, since it started getting overrun with stupid kids... but it seems that the guy is constantly working on it to fix bugs and implement new features. pretty nifty, considering he is working alone and in VB...
We had it last year, but we whined so much, that they got it off the couseload. Like, they cancelled cobol from all the colleges that had it in our province(state).
