Hi, i am working on some of the sounds/voices for my game and was wondering if anyone knew of any free voice changer/editor programs that simplified this process? Thanks

I''m not quite sure what you need but if you need to make .Wav files with speech in it, try:

You can change the pitch, speed, modulation and cascade? of any words typed in, and best of all, its totally free.
