I installed those files by the installer.bat I think they are not in the correct directory.. where should I put the files ?

You will get a quicker response if you post java questions in the java forum, there are several people using gl4java that regularly post there. You need to put all the dll''s in the bin directory. All the jars go in the lib/ext directory. That goes for both the jre directory and the sdk directory. If you are using a IDE it might be using the sdk jvm and not the jre jvm, where the files might be.
